These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of HolidayClash (the "Service"), operated at holidayclash.com. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The service

HolidayClash is a free web-based tool that displays and compares public holidays across countries. Holiday data is sourced from the open-source Nager.Date API and provided for informational purposes only.

Free use

The Service is provided free of charge. No registration or payment is required to use the tool. We may display third-party advertising to cover operating costs.

Accuracy of data

We do our best to display accurate and up-to-date holiday information, but we cannot guarantee that the data is complete, accurate, or current at all times. Holiday dates and observances can change based on national or regional decisions. For legally, financially, or operationally critical decisions, always verify the information with the official sources of the relevant country or region.

We provide the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HolidayClash and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to reliance on the accuracy of holiday data, service interruptions, or loss of data.

Acceptable use

• Scrape, mirror, or otherwise systematically copy the Service or its content without permission.

The design, layout, and original content of HolidayClash are the property of the operator. Holiday data itself is public information sourced from open-source and public government data.

Third-party services

The Service uses third-party services, including but not limited to Cloudflare (hosting and CDN), Nager.Date (holiday data), and Google (advertising and analytics). Your use of the Service may be subject to their respective terms and policies.

Advertising

We may display third-party advertisements to support the Service. These ads are served by third parties (including Google AdSense) and may use cookies and similar technologies. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Changes to the service
